Explosion in Rinkeby.

Several callers have been woken up by a loud bang in Rinkeby and are calling 112. On Ovanbygränd, something has been blown up at a gate to an apartment building, causing material damage, but no injuries.

The same gate was blown up by an unknown perpetrator the night before yesterday, but the damage after last night's explosion is more extensive than last night's.

The incident is classified as serious public danger.

The police are checking several individuals and vehicles found in various places in Järva, but at present no one has been arrested.

Several patrols working on last night's incident are still in place both at the cordon and in the vicinity of the crime scene.

During the morning, decisions will be made on how the continued police operation should be designed to ensure safety and prevent crime.
