Alarm about a bang in Vrinnevi/Hageby.

Police have been called to an address in Vrinnevi/Hageby after residents at the address heard a loud bang. The police have several patrols on site. No one is injured and there is no danger to the public. The police are currently working to establish a situation and talk to residents about what happened.

22:19 The police will establish a cordon at the current address to be able to work with investigative measures.

22:33 There is no explosion at the scene and there is no major damage to property or property. 

22:51 The police continue to work at the scene with evidence and to interview any witnesses and residents. Update 13/2: 

Police have been able to establish overnight that shots were fired at an apartment door in a stairwell. No one has been injured. 

The cordon that was set up at the address has been lifted.

During the night, one person was arrested in the case, suspected of aggravated weapons offenses and aggravated unlawful threats.

The police will likely continue to conduct door-to-door canvassing in the area on Friday to gather more information about the incident. If you have seen or heard anything at the address that deviates from the normal - do not hesitate to contact a patrol on site or call 11414.
