On 13 February 2026, Ukrainian military carried out (likely) combined drone and missile strikes at the energy infrastructure in the Rylskiy district (coded to Rylsk, Kursk). As a result, several settlements were left without electricity and partially heating in the Rylskiy, Glushkovskiy, and Korenevskiy districts. No casualties.
