On 12 February 2026, at night, Ukrainian defense forces carried out a number of long-range drone strikes at the 'Lukoil-Ukhtaneftepererabotka' oil refinery in Ukhta town, Volgograd. As a result of the drone strikes, the fire broke out at the industrial facility raising a huge plume of smoke. According to local sources, the drones struck the unit specializing in oil refining and fuel production. Casualties unknown.
