On 11 February 2026, clashes took place between General Security forces and drug traffickers during a raid in Al-Shu'ayb neighborhood of Ar-Raqqa city, after the General Security forces came under direct gunfire from inside a targeted house. The clashes resulted in the killing of one General Security member, injuries to several others, and the killing of one drug trafficker, while multiple drug traffickers were arrested by the Gernal Security forces. 2 fatalities.
