On 10 February 2026, Russian Forces struck (likely with drones) DTEK energy facility in Kiliya, Odesa, causing power outages for 31 000 consumers. On that day, Russian Forces launched Kh-31 missile at Odesa, Odesa, that failed to reach its target (suspectedly due to interception by Ukrainian Forces). Ukrainian Forces intercepted two Russian Shahed-type drones in the Odesa region. No casualties.
