On 6 February 2026, in the morning, the Malian army escorting a convoy of fuel trucks struck an IED planted by JNIM militants between Keleya and Sido, coded to Solo (Sido, Bougouni, Sikasso), a midpoint on the road between the two locations. JNIM claimed to have targeted a Malian army vehicle using an IED between Ouelessebougou and Bougouni, without providing further details. Casualties unknown.
