On 16 December 2019, Saudi-led coalition air raids were reported on a convoy of pro-Houthi forces and on a gathering of pro-Houthi figures, attended by the Ministry of Interior and the Sadah Governor, in Al-Azhur area in northwestern Yemen (Razih border district, Sadah governorate), killing and injuring 45 people.
