On 31 January 2026, in Salingyi township (Yinmarbin district, Sagaing region), the combined forces of the Brave Heart Army, the Monywa Dynamite - Special Task Force, and the Chindwin Fighter Group intercepted and attacked the Myanmar military-escorted convoy departing from the Wanbao Mining Company in Monywa-Chaung-U road section around 10:52 pm. The convoy consisted of 27 copper-transporting trailers, 8 armored vehicles (shielded with iron plates), and one 12-wheel truck. During the attack, 2 Myanmar military soldiers were killed and 4 others were injured. One trailer was also damaged. 2 fatalities.
