Chin Revolution news sources told the Yangon Modern News Agency that in Chin State's Tiddim Township, Zangzawl village was subjected to unprovoked airstrikes by a military jet fighter—without any ground fighting—resulting in 2 civilian injuries and severe damage to homes and motor vehicles.

Around 8 p.m. on February 15, a military council jet fighter from Mandalay Division's Taung U Air Force base conducted two consecutive bombing runs on Zangzawl village; the bomb blast force destroyed homes within the village, and also damaged a car parked on the road.
