In the Obolonsky district of Kiev, the police detained a man who blew up an F-1 grenade in the apartment - one person was killed, two more were injured.

According to Ukrinform, the Kyiv police reported on Telegram.

According to law enforcement, the incident took place today at about 02:00 in the Obolon district of the capital.

It was previously established that a 29-year-old soldier who is in the SCB (unauthorized leaving part) came to visit his friend, where he, along with the company in the number of seven people, drank alcoholic beverages.

"In the future, during a sudden conflict, the offender blew up an F-1 grenade in the kitchen, as a result of which the 45-year-old owner of the house died at the scene, another guest - a local resident for 36 years with injuries to the body was hospitalized," Києваthe police of Kyiv said.

As noted, during the search activities, patrol police officers and operatives detained the defendant. He received shrapnel wounds to his leg and is currently under the supervision of doctors and law enforcement officers.

Investigators of the Obolon police department detained the attacker in the order of the station. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

According to this fact, criminal proceedings have been initiated under paragraph 5 of part 2 of Article 2. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - premeditated murder committed in a way dangerous to the lives of many people.

The detainee is preparing a notice of suspicion and the issue of detention is being resolved.

As Ukrinform reported, in Vinnytsia, law enforcement officers detained a man who brought an object like a grenade to a cafe.
