In Pakokku Township, Magway Region, resistance forces ambushed a junta column, killing 23 junta soldiers and Pyu Saw Htee militia members, after which the military launched successive airstrikes in the area.

From 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on February 4, two clashes took place near See Chauk village in southern Pakokku Township, leaving 5 soldiers dead and around 20 wounded. By about 5:30 p.m. that day, the battered column withdrew into Pyu Saw Htee–controlled villages.
