At about 10:30 a.m. on February 4, fighter jets from Taungoo Air Base dropped two bombs on Saw Khe village, killing nine-year-old Saw Kale Mu. Around 11 a.m. that same day, Battalion 439 again launched a drone strike on Khin Kyi village, killing 58-year-old Maung Myo. Later, at about 3:55 p.m., Infantry Battalion 60 dropped one drone bomb and fired six 120 mm artillery shells into Nge Thwe Sote village, injuring 14-year-old Saw Tan Nay Tha.
