In Linke area, Minhla Township, Magway Region, resistance forces attacked a military council column consisting of three vehicles and about 90 troops over two consecutive days, resulting in at least 20 junta casualties, according to the United States of Burma Army (USBA).

At around 3 p.m. on February 3, resistance forces approached within about 70 meters of the location where three junta vehicles and around 90 troops had stopped between Zee Taw and Min Gan villages, in upper Minhla Township. They carried out a brief but effective surprise attack, killing five junta soldiers, according to USBA spokesperson Ko Thar Cho.
