On January 31, Taliban fighters opened fire on two residents of Kabul, identified as Mansour Hajetmand and Javid Osmani in District 15 of Kabul City, reports Hasht-e Subh. The victims have called for the perpetrators to be punished, although they did not specify the reason for the shooting.
