In the morning of 29 January 2026, at the point of Bos Thom village, Kok Tos commune, Banteay Ampil district, Oddar Meanchey province, along street number 58, there was a bomb explosion caused by SN company staff wired up the electrical network and walked on the cluster bomb as a remnants of unexploded battle from the Siem Invasion war. This explosion caused 03 SN employees to suffer severe and minor injuries.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to appeal once again to the citizens as well as private sector and all state entities who are working in the war affected areas of Siemak to please coordinate closely with the local authorities or CMAC units who are working in that area itself to prevent the danger caused by the war remnants!!
