On 21 January 2026, an Israeli drone struck a car using a missile in Bazouriyeh town (Tyr, South). One Hezbollah member was killed and another passenger was injured in the attack. The IDF said it identified the member as a Hezbollah liaison officer overseeing operations from private properties in Yanouh.
