On 16 January 2026, in Puerto Colombia (Atlantico), suspected Gulf Clan members shot and killed a suspected member of the Los del Pueblo gang in the Bello Mar neighborhood. The victim had a criminal record for drug trafficking and was the brother of the gang's leader. Authorities suspect the attack was linked to a score-settling dispute over control of local drug trafficking and may have been ordered by a Gulf Clan member operating in the area. 1 fatality.
