On 16 January 2026, Russian drones and artillery struck Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk. Six high-rise buildings, five houses, a non-residential buildings, a utility company, several cars, power lines and gas pipelines were damaged in the Nikopol district. 2 civilians were killed, 7 civilians wounded.
