On 14 January 2026, in Ngoke To village (coded as Nattalin town) (Nattalin township, Thayet district, Bago-West region), the Burma Revolution Army (BRA) (People's Defense Force - Thayarwady District Battalion 3801 Company 4) and the People's Defense Force - Nattalin (which is also known as Nat Sit Thei or the People's Defense Force - Thayarwady District Battalion 3801 Company 3) intercepted and attacked a Myanmar military column of 70 soldiers that advanced toward the village around 9:00 am. The clash lasted for 30 minutes. Two military soldiers were killed during the clash, and one soldier died after being taken to the hospital. The Myanmar military responded with drone strikes on civilian areas and injured a 40-year-old resident of Thayet Pin Kan Yo Village who was preparing to flee the conflict. 3 fatalities.
