On 14 January 2026, Turkish forces targeted a QSD military point in Maskana town in Aleppo countryside with a drone, injuring a number of QSD members, while Syrian army forces carried out a targeted operation against QSD positions on the same frontline and targeted QSD reinforcement in Al Sukkaria farm in the same town, they also targeted a QSD military vehicle with a drone killing and injuring who was inside. Unspecified fatalities coded to 10.
