On 14 January 2026, Turkish forces targeted a QSD military point in Abu Asi town in Ar Raqqa countryside with a drone, injuring a number of QSD members, while Syrian army forces carried out a targeted operation against QSD positions in the train station military base with drones, injuring a number of QSD members as well. There were no fatalities.
