On 14 January 2026, suspected ORSS and SPLM/A-IO members launched targeted attacks against SSPDF position in Narus Town, Narus Payam (Kapoeta East, Eastern Equatoria). The opposition members were repelled and moved toward the eastern part of Narus Town. SSPDF pursued the opposition members (no further information). There were no casualties.
