On 13 January 2026, in Kyauk Hle Bee village (Thabeikkyin township, Pyinoolwin district, Mandalay region), a column of the Myanmar military (IB-148) attacked the local resistance groups and took control of the village. 15 members of the local resistance groups were killed at four locations over four days. 15 fatalities split across 4 events (Nyaung Pin Thar village on 11 January 2026, Poe Za Nwe village on 12 January 2026, Kyauk Hle Bee village on 13 January 2026 and Sein Kone village on 14 January 2026) and coded 4 for this event.
