On 11 January 2026, in Ye town (Ye township, Mawlamyine district, Mon state), the Romonnya Mon Army (RMA) fired three 107mm rockets into No. 19 Military Operation Commands of the Myanmar military at around 8:00 am. The RMA released a statement saying that they carried out to express their opposition to the ongoing elections. Casualties unknown.
