On 11 January 2026, in Pauk Taw village (Paungde township, Pyay district, Bago-West region), the combined force of battalions and drone force under the People's Defense Force - Bago Region, the Taungoo District People's Defense Force Battalion 3502, the Ayeyarwady Battalion 3, People's Defense Force (PaKaPha) - Minhla, and People's Defense Force (PaKaPha) - Phyu fired 10mm heavy weapons at the Myanmar military Light Infantry Battalion (LIB) 10. Casualties unknown.
