On 11 January 2026, security forces (coded as military forces and BSF) fired at drones that came from across the Line of Control (LoC) and were hovering above Gania-Kalsia area in Nowshera sector area (coded as Kalsian town, Rajouri district, J&K). The drone retreated however military forces of Pakistan responded with firing of its own and a shell fell on top of a house in Gania village. There were no casualties.
