On 10 January 2026, armed assailants suspected of being ORSS members ambushed vehicles belonging to a telecommunications network company being escorted by NSS members in Khor Gellaria, Camp 15, Loriyok Payam (Budi County, Eastern Equatoria State), resulting in 2 injuries. The assailants carted away an AK-47 rifle. No further information.
