On 10 January 2026, overnight, the 444th Brigade and the 111th Brigade clashed in Tajoura (Tripoli, West), as well as in Al Quwayah and Qasr al Qarabulli (both coded separately). The clash erupted after the 444th Brigade attacked a checkpoint of the 111th Brigade. Following the incident, both groups mobilized forces, including armed vehicles, in the area. Early on 11 January, forces from the 51st Infantry Brigade, commanded by Bashir Khalaf Allah (Al Burgra), and the Misrata Counterterrorism Force deployed at several points in Quwayah to contain the situation, and the 444th Brigade withdrew to Tarhouna. Casualties unknown.
