According to a spokesperson from the Unicorn Guerrilla Force, ten junta soldiers were killed when resistance fighters ambushed a military convoy in Sagaing Township, Sagaing Region.

The incident occurred around 8 a.m. on January 25, near Chaung Ma Gyi Village in Minkun Subtownship. A military column consisting of about 150 troops, including personnel from Infantry Battalion 33 and pro-junta Pyu Saw Htee militia, was moving through the area when resistance groups launched an ambush attack.
