A few hours ago, a Russian Iskander-M ballistic missile struck a target in Kharkiv Oblast, approximately in the area indicated on the map. It's possible that the target was the Ukrainian Patriot installation which likely shot down the Russian Su-34 over Kursk Oblast yesterday, however for now this is just speculation. If it was, then we will get a video of the strike in the near future.

Update: 2 missiles were used, not 1. Judging by the Kharkiv OVA report, they impacted in/near the city of Dokuchaievske. The missiles seemingly impacted within seconds of each other
