The Myanmar military carried out airstrikes on two clinics in the Indawgyi area of Mohnyin Township, Kachin State, killing one female patient who died of shock and causing significant damage to the facilities, according to a KIA military source who spoke to Yangon Khit Thit News Agency.

Around 1 a.m. on January 26, a suicide drone launched by junta forces struck the Chaung Wa Village health center in the Indawgyi area. The explosion severely damaged the clinic, and a woman who was receiving medical treatment suffered a heart attack induced by extreme shock from the blast and died shortly afterward.
