Resistance forces carried out drone bombings against the junta’s polling stations and military bases in Maline Township, Mandalay Region, killing two soldiers and injuring several others, according to an official from Infantry Battalion No. 3 under Myingyan District Command, who spoke to Yangon Khit Thit News Agency.

At around 1:30 p.m. on January 25, the resistance attacked junta troops stationed at several polling sites in Maline Township using drones. During the incident, two junta soldiers guarding the polling stations were killed instantly, and structures including military tents and posts inside the polling compounds were also damaged.
