On January 20, Manipur Police arrested an active cadre of National Socialist Council of Nagaland––Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM) identified as Lanhungba Khumba (29) from Mantripukhri area under Heingang Police Station in Imphal East District of Manipur, reports Manipur Police on X. One .32 pistol with a magazine loaded with four live rounds was recovered from his possession.
