A Policeman, identified as Iqbal, was killed when unidentified assailants riding a motorcycle opened fire on him in Mamma Khel area under Haved Police Station of Bannu District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on January 18, reports Dawn. According to a Police statement, the martyred Policeman who is a native of Akhund Mamma Khel, was deployed at the Mazanga Police checkpoint when he was attacked.
