On January 17, Amritsar District Police of Punjab arrested three people, identified as Ajul Arora, Dilprit Kaur and Pratham Sharma, along with 4.863 kilograms of heroin, four pistols, two rifles, 84 live cartridges and two luxury vehicles, reports The Times of India. Police also recovered two PX5 pistols, a pump-action rifle (12 bore), a Springfield rifle and 74 additional live cartridges, indicating a well-organised drug and arms syndicate active in the region.
