Israeli forces shot two Palestinians, including a woman, on Monday night, in the southern West Bank governorates of Bethlehem and Hebron. Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the Wadi Azzaz, between the towns of Kharas and Surif, northwest of Hebron, while firing live rounds, injuring a young woman. Sources added that Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) ambulance crews transported a 30-year-old woman to the Hebron Governmental Hospital after she sustained live gunshot wounds to the back and leg; her injuries were deemed moderate. Meanwhile, Israeli forces invaded several neighborhoods in the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem, shooting a citizen with live ammunition. Media sources said that late Monday night occupation soldiers stormed the center of Beit Fajjar town, in addition to the Al-Muthallath and Al-Samaqa neighborhoods, opening fire with live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters. Sources added that one citizen sustained a live gunshot wound to the leg, his condition was not known at the time of writing this report. In related news, Israeli forces stormed several towns in the Jerusalem governorate, and broke into the homes of released Palestinian detainees. The Jerusalem governorate reported that occupation soldiers invaded the homes of released detainees in the towns of Al-‘Isawiya and Beit Hanina, in addition to the Shu’fat refugee camp, on Monday evening. The governorate added that the army stormed the homes of the released detainees, Khaled Halabi, Murad al-Rajabi, Moab Abu Khdeir, and Anwar Obeid, while searching the homes and imposing heavy fines against them. The Arab 48 News website reported that occupation forces abducted several Palestinian young men in the Shu’fat camp in Jerusalem on Monday evening.
