On January 22, Russian troops attacked the village of Cherkaske in the Kramatorsk district of the Donetsk region. Four civilians were killed, and five others were wounded in the enemy strike.

The prosecutor's office and the police of the Donetsk region reported this.

According to the investigation, Russian troops attacked the village of Cherkaske on January 22 at 10:50 p.m. with Geran-2 drones. In particular, the private sector came under attack.

As a result of the Russian attack on the village:

two private houses were completely destroyed,

two cars were damaged.

A 32-year-old man and his five-year-old son, along with two neighbors, were killed when residential buildings came under fire.

The mother of the deceased boy remains in serious condition. Her three daughters, aged 12, 14, and 16, are reported to be in moderate condition. All three suffered blast injuries, as well as burns and abrasions.

A 34-year-old local was also injured. At the time of the hit, the victims were in their homes.
