Overnight, Russia attacked energy infrastructure in Vinnytsia Oblast with Geran-2 drones. Strikes were recorded to the Ladyzhyn Thermal Power Plant in the city of Ladyzhyn, and at the Vinnytska 750 kV electrical substation southeast of Vinnytsia City. The attached video shows a strike on the Ladyzhyn TPP.
