On 4 January 2026, in Leon de los Aldama, Guanajuato, according to witnesses, four individuals aboard two motorcycles shot and injured three men outside a rehabilitation center at the intersection of Minio and Yeso streets, in colonia Villas de San Juan II (drive-by). Two of the victims were patients, and the other was the owner of the center. One of them died from his injuries hours later. 1 fatality, 2 injured.
