On 31 December 2025, between Hpar Gyi and Kan Hla villages (coded as Hpar Gyi) (Ye township, Mawlamyine district, Mon state), the Ye Guerrilla Force attacked a car transporting Myanmar military troops, including a captain from LIB-583, who were returning from the Ye-based No.19 Military Operations Command at about 4:15 pm. 4 military troops, including the captain, sustained injuries.
