On 31 December 2025, a joint team of STF and local police clashed with the Naxal-Maoist cadres at Nonpur village under Teghra police station area (Begusarai district, Bihar), during an encounter after receiving a tip-off about their hideout. 1 Naxal-Maoist cadre was killed.
