On 30 December 2025, in Jaboatao dos Guararapes (Pernambuco), unidentified armed suspects on a motorcycle killed four men in a drive-by shooting in the Prazeres neighbourhood. The suspects initially fired from the motorcycle, injuring three people. After that, they got off the vehicle and broke into a barber shop, where they killed the four men and escaped immediately. The motorcycle used by the suspects had just been stolen. The authorship and motivations are unknown. 4 fatalities.
