On 29 December 2025, in Khuangli village (coded as Falam) (Falam township, Falam district, Chin state), fighting broke out between the Myanmar military and the local resistance groups at around 5:00 pm. The Myanmar military captured 4 soldiers and seized heavy weapons, 10 small weapons, 40 magazines and 1000 bullets. 3 military soldiers, including a Sergeant, were killed. 3 fatalities.
