On 29 December 2025, in Kan Su village (Pyay township, Pyay district, Bago-West region), the People's Defense Force - Pyay District Battalion - 3601 Company - 3 attacked 15 Myanmar military soldiers that advanced from Paungdale town to provide security for a polling station in Baw Di Kone village with mines near a school around 1:30 pm. 2 military soldiers were killed and 3 were injured. 2 fatalities.
