On 29 December 2025, in Yay Le (West) village (coded as Yay Le (Myanmar)) (Kyaukkyi township, Taungoo district, Bago-East region), the Myanmar military troops stationed in Nat Than Kwin village fired two 120 mm heavy weapons around 10 am which fell and exploded into the village and injured a 38-year-old man.
