On 29 December 2025, government security forces (SNA) and Hawiye-Abgal sub-clan militia clashed with Al Shabaab hideout position in the vicinity of Jabad Godane village near Warshiikh village (Balcad, Middle Shabelle). The clash was initiated with RPGs and mortar shells. Unknown number of Al Shabaab and soldiers were killed. Unspecified number of fatalities coded as 3.
