On 28 December 2025, in Tan Baung Yan village (coded as Injangyang) (Injangyang township, Myitkyina district, Kachin state), the Myanmar military conducted airstrikes on the village using a jet fighter at around 9:30 pm. 4 civilians were injured. The Myanmar military in Tang Hpre village also fired 4 heavy weapons into the village. Casualties unknown.
