On 28 December 2025, in Taungtha town (Taungtha township, Myingyan district, Mandalay region), a combined force of the People's Defense Force - Taungtha, the Danu State National Defense Army, and the Wea Laung Area PDF (PaKaPha) attacked the Myoma police station and the township court using four artillery rounds. At least 3 military troops were killed.
