On 28 December 2025, in Padaung township (Pyay district, Bago-West region), the Arakan Army (ULA/AA) intercepted and attacked a column of around 50 Myanmar military soldiers that advanced from the point 666 military outpost to transport food provisions around 3 pm. 5 military soldiers were killed and the AA troops seized some weapons and ammunition. 5 fatalities.
